Embassy Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor, Baltimore

The hotel rooms were nice but poorly lit and on the small side despite being listed as a 'suite'. The service, especially at Stacks bar/restaurant, was super friendly and responsive. The location, although close to main attractions near water, was in need of maintenance. The dining experience was better than average, but the vending machine was terrible. The facilities were not up to par with other Embassy Suites.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and seemed newly renovated, but unfortunately, my room was located next to an elevator, and I could hear people, especially children, talking and crying. The service was a mixed bag - while the staff was nice and helpful during check-in and check-out, there were complaints from many guests about room readiness. The location was very convenient despite being small and outdated, with easy access to the harbor. The dining experience wasn't ideal for me, but the overall cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it.
